Masjed

Masjed shows prayer times with athan and iqama, the qibla, the Quran, adhkar and prayer-time screens for mosques. Prayer times are calculated for your place or entered by mosques. We take great care, but please check important times with your mosque.

Prayer times, alerts, the qibla, the Quran and adhkar are free, without ads, and so is following a mosque. Creating a mosque and adding its screens come with Masjed Plus; a mosque and its screens keep working when Plus ends.

Masjed Plus and Masjed Plus AI

Masjed Plus opens every athan voice and every Mushaf style, your own mosque on up to 3 screens, your whole year of progress, and the help that shows the next word or the rest of the ayah while the words are hidden. Masjed Plus AI is Masjed Plus with the Quran AI on our server without a daily limit, follow and check, and the words to practise. Both are sold as yearly or monthly subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If an offer includes a free trial, you are charged only if you don't cancel before the trial ends. An unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds and the right of withdrawal are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
• A purchase belongs to your store account: on another phone with the same account, tap “Restore purchases”. Bought while signed in to your Masjed account, it counts for that account on your other devices and on masjed.website too.

Buying on the website

On masjed.website, Masjed Plus and Masjed Plus AI are sold by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for these orders: it handles the payment, the invoice, refunds and customer service for them, under its own buyer terms.

• You need a free Masjed account; Plus is then active for that account in the web app, and in the Masjed apps where you sign in with it.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt e-mail; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, through the link in your receipt e-mail or at paddle.net.

Tips

A tip is a voluntary payment to the developer of Masjed. It unlocks nothing, and it is not a charitable donation or zakat.

Mosque accounts

People who run a mosque are responsible for the names, times, texts and pictures they publish. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading, and close accounts that misuse Masjed.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Masjed and its servers running, but we cannot promise that they are always available or free of errors, or that the Quran AI finds every place.

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaching essential obligations, and only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable for a service like this.

App Store

If you got Masjed from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) applies as well.

Law and contact

German law applies; the protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer remains. Masjed is provided by Khalil Khalil (softwareu), Buchholz in der Nordheide, Germany (legal notice). Questions: contact@softwareler.com.
